Today we read the story of the man who returned home to find his house had been - wrongly - possessed by bailiffs. They had also emptied his fridge and freezer, drained his radiators and turned off his gas, electricity and water.
A spokesman: "We have been made aware that, as a result of an administrative error by Huntingdon County Court, bailiffs were instructed to take possession of an incorrect property.
"We understand that the Court Manager has now apologised to the tenants involved and we have requested a full investigation by the court into the circumstances which led to this action being taken."When the investigations is complete, sack the court manager who is obviously incompetent.
